- Work closely with departmental managers on recruitment: job description preparation; vacancy advertisement; receipt, review and shortlisting of applications; interviews and selection tasks.
- Leading the administrative and HR induction of new staff and interns, ensuring they have all needed information, materials and equipment.
- Lead the Knowledge Management for the IT and Administration Department and assist the team in developing Core Organization Processes.
- Assist the institute department in developing Human Resources Strategies and lead the implementation process of agreed work plans and Human Resources Procedures.
- Support staff in different medical insurance procedures, follow up with their medical requirements and managing the addition of the newly hired staff.
- Work closely with the institute department to support staff competency development processes.
- Supporting training and development of staff, supporting needs assessments and research on possible solutions.
