NOK Human Capital is hiring Telesales Executives for a Well Known real estate company based in Dubai.
Job Objective: We are currently seeking highly motivated and resultsdriven individuals to join our team as TeleSales Executives. As a TeleSales Executive you will be responsible for promoting the idea of investing in Dubai and selling a trip package to clients allowing them to visit and explore the investment opportunities firsthand. This role primarily involves cold calling and persuasively communicating the benefits of investing in Dubai
Job Description:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients introducing them to the concept of investing in Dubai.
Effectively communicate the advantages and potential returns on investment in the Dubai real estate market.
Promote and sell trip packages allowing clients to travel to Dubai and personally experience the investment opportunities available.
Provide detailed information about the trip package addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
Close sales by effectively presenting the value proposition and securing the clients commitment to purchase the trip package.
Handle payment transactions over the phone ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. (Preferred industries Insurance Real Estate Brokerage Stock market sales )
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
Proficient in handling objections and overcoming challenges during the sales process.
Selfmotivated targetoriented and able to work under pressure.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge or interest in the Dubai real estate market and investment opportunities is a plus.
Working Hours and Location:
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday with fixed days off on Friday and Saturday.
Fixed working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The work location is Teleperformance site in 5th settlement providing a professional and supportive work environment.
Remuneration:
Competitive basic salary.
