Technical Support &Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Confers with vendor, managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
• creates and develops course materials, and delivering technical- and product knowledge to improve the performance of the team.
• Participates in planning regular Technical Training schedules, training course development, and designs in order to improve the performance of the team regularly.
• Assists in the determination of core competencies for the staff and new hires to make sure of having potential team.
• Performs post training evaluation for training sessions, and follow up on knowledge transfer to the staff to ensure their absorption of the delivered knowledge and how they made use of it at work.
• Provides On-job training in the showrooms for the technicians and Engineers.
• Develops of technical specifications for all technical services and spare parts to meet functional requirements.
• devolves all car care services, including car wash, tires alignment, battery check and all technical and maintenance offered services.
• Supervise technical tests to ensure proper technical implementations.
• Contacts with the vendor abroad in case there is any complicated technical problem in order to make sure of having a proper solution for it.
