Technical Recruiter

NOK Human Capital is hiring Technical Recruiter for one of the most well known multinational IT consultancies located in New Cairo.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Write and post technical job descriptions all over social media platforms

2) Source potential candidates on niche platforms like Stack Overflow and Github

3) Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

4) Perform prescreening calls to analyze applicants abilities

5) Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessments and behavioral questions)

6) Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

7) Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

8) Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

9) Compose job offer letters& onboard new hires

10) Promote companys reputation as a great place to work

11) Keep uptodate with new technological trends and products

Job Requirements:

1) 25 years of experience as Technical Recruiter

2) Fluent English level

3) IT Consultancy or Technical Recruitment Agency background is preferred
