As a Presales Specialist IT Solutions you will be at the forefront of our client engagement process driving the technical discussion and solutioning phase. Your role will involve:
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and gathering business requirements from diverse and complex client environments.
- Conducting thorough research and investigations to identify and formulate accurate technical proposals aligned with client needs.
- Responding to customer inquiries including RFPs and POCs and conducting product module testing.
- Preparing professional services effort and cost estimates and engaging in price negotiation.
- Identifying new potential clients and partners following up on ongoing tenders and maintaining relationships with existing clients postproject deal.
- Reviewing client/project contracts to ensure legal compliance.
- Developing comprehensive solutions including highlevel design statements of work and service design in collaboration with the sales project product and IT teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in IT Presales particularly handling IT products related to Security Infrastructure Network Payment or Financial sectors.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high levels of accuracy.
- Strong presentation negotiation organization and delivery skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members alike.
- Solid conceptual understanding and handson experience in designing implementing and supporting IT projects.
- Proficiency in enterprise IT technology.
- Experience in managing RFPs (Request for Proposal) and orchestrating POCs (Proof of Concept).
