Team Leader - Software Development

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technology-driven company.
• 3+ years of experience leading the development and technical teams
• Proven experience in OOP
• Proven experience in developing web services (APIs)
• Proven experience in system architecture using known design patterns
• Excellent command in HTML, Javascript, CSS, and JQuery
• Excellent command in MySQL
• Excellent command in security protocols and certifications such as and not limited to HTTPS, SSL, and TLS
• Creative and innovative, have strong problem-solving capabilities, and is able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied technical requests.
• Committed and flexible, demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Experience in E-commerce platforms or in Mobile development is a plus.
