THE POSITION
This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for creative eateries catering and the execution of the events
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and organize wedding events for clients
Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads
To hit weekly KPI as set
Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus
Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage
Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions
Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement
Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
At least 3 year(s) of sales experience in any of the related field Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant
At least 1 year of experience in wedding planning
Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong selling and interpersonal skills
High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail
Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition
