NOK Human Capital is hiring Supply Chain Specialist for Bless personal care product manufacturing company.

Location: Sheraton

Job Description:

Coordinate and manage the endtoend supply chain processes including procurement production planning inventory management distribution and logistics.

Optimize inventory levels to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability to meet customer demand.

Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular inventory audits.

Collaborate with production teams to develop production schedules that align with demand forecasts and inventory levels.

Monitor production progress and adjust Plans as needed to meet targets.

Coordinate transportation activities and optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and ensure ontime delivery.

Ensure the compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the supply chain.

Implement quality control measures to prevent product defects and ensure safety.

Identify opportunities for process optimization cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain.

Implement best practices and lean principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Experience 3 years in the same field

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience in supply chain management preferably in cosmetics industry. Experience with procurement inventory management production planning and logistics coordination is highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.

English language fluency.

Excellent computer skills proficiency
