Storekeeper

Job Description

• Responsible for the transactions occurring in the store.
• Match the cases received to the attached booking order.
• Write customer details on the tire as per booking order.
• Release the casings to the production after review.
• Arrange the rejected casings in the store as per customer.
• Issue needed materials to the production upon the issuing form raised by the production supervisor.
• Receive the finally produced tires from the production supervisor as per the transform form.
• Arrange the final product in the store as per customer.
• Arrange tyres for delivery as per sales request based on FIFO basis.
• Record all issues & store transactions on the system.
• Keep track of filing and archiving in the stores.
• Produce production reports based on the received, produced & delivered tyres.
• Issue money from the safe as per cost accountant issue note.
• Deputies the cost accountant for invoicing in his absence.

Job Requirements

• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
