Store Manager

Job Description

• Responsible for receiving the merchandise for Stores.
• Pricing and displaying the product in an appealing and fashionable manner.
• Hiring, educating, terminating, and motivating staff in providing exceptional customer service and care.
• Training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions, handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints.
• Manage deals and promos.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations, as well as report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
• Ordering, managing, and taking out stock

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years' experiences working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good commands in English language.
• Good in Excel is essential along with other MS Office applications
