Job Brief:

Location: Prishtina, Kosovo

Key responsibilities:

• Reading, reviewing, writing, coordinating overall preparation of proposals and ensuring proposal complies with all Request for Proposal (RFP)
  
• Completing application and service requirements matrices within
  
• Reading, reviewing and understanding user
  
• Project management of RFP response
  
• Setting and meeting deadlines for content
  
• Prepare proposals with a thorough understanding of evaluation criteria and winning
  
• Use analytical, editorial, and writing skills to help proposal teams develop persuasive messages and focused proposal language relating to prospects expectations and our firms differentiators/competitive
  
• Review written sections to ensure inclusion of win themes/strategies and discriminators in the document and compliance with formats dictated in the RFP/RFI and proposal
  
• Maintain the proposal responses within SharePoint in an organized manner so that data can be retrieved rapidly for reused in other proposals as
  
• Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections that translate complex ideas into easily understandable
  
• Use organizational skills to track and report on assignments, status, and issues and
  
• Identify, resolve, and escalate technical gaps and risks to
  
• Develop and implement improvements to help improve proposal technical quality (processes, examples, guidance, ).
  
  
  
  
  

Education and Experience:

• 3 5 years of experience working with
  
• Experience working with a capture teams to facilitate the development of gap analysis, win themes, discriminators, and competitive
  
• Demonstrated ability delivering proposals that are compliant with the RFP requirements and are consistent with the direction of the capture
  
• Bachelor s degree in relevant topical area and/or English, Communications, or a technical discipline Master s degree
  
• Ability to produce technical documents and proposals following a structured methodology for proposal
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to work with a broad variety of
  
• Must be self-confident, articulate and
  
• Must be a good writer able to integrate knowledge from internet research and relevant company past
  
• Excellent strategic thinker and ability to formulate
  
• Must be well organized with good attention to detail and be able to exercise good judgment and
  
• Must have the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and to handle more than one assignment
  
• Must be able to work without close supervision as part of integrated functional
