Sr Digital Product Designer

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
  
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test and iterate on design ideas
  
• Work with engineers and product managers to implement designs
  
• Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and best practices
  
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with a crossfunctional team to deliver highquality products
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in digital product design
  
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (ex. Figma)
  
• Experience working with engineers and product managers
  
• Working in logistics or related startups is a plus
  
• Bachelors degree in design applied arts computer science or a related field
  
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong attention to detail
