Software Tester Supervisor

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo Egypt our client is one of the leaders in Fintech industry.

Job Title: Software Tester Supervisor

Scope:
As a Software Tester Supervisor you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. As a supervisor you would be responsible for leading a team of software testers providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure the teams productivity and professional development. This includes overseeing workload distribution performance evaluations and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understands the scope of projects works with software developers project support teams and vendors to identify business/technical requirements to write and execute test scripts.
• Reviews documentation and writes bug reports assures quality and gives feedback to all project stakeholder to take corrective actions if needed.
• Execute stress testing performance testing functional testing and scalability testing to make sure that the system is capable to fulfil requirements.
• Use manual and automated testing tools; in order to increase reliability and quality of applications.
• Tests in different environments including different services platforms and addresses system defects to report findings to the responsible team.
• Reviews documentation and writes bug reports assures quality and gives feedback to all project stakeholder to take corrective actions if any.
• Keeps up on industry trends and current technological standards languages utilities and operational considerations and works with project management team to suggest testing tools new methodologies.

Knowledge and Professional Experience:

• A minimum of 46 years of experience as a Software Tester.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• ISTQB Foundation Level

Required Technical Skills:

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detailed Oriented.
• Automation experience is a must
• Performance experience is a plus
• Proficient in incident reporting
