Job Title Software Project Management Lead

Scope coordinating departments and personnel involved in every project to ensure accuracy and timeliness Besides managing budget and expenditures producing progress reports and presentations assessing risks and delivering optimal quality results

Job Description

• Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and vendors and works on growing our business with clients in collaboration with the account management team
• Builds and leads a small team of project managers ensuring the successful delivery of all projects
• Manages his/her teams projects profitability and cashflows
• Acts as a project manager of owned projects
• Identifies clearly communicates and plans how to meet department/team goals and define and communicate team members roles
• Identifies training and development needs and coaches team members on achieving goals
• Recruits and selects high performers develops talent and recognizes performance

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in a related field
• years of experience in project management
• experience in managing Software Services (SAS)
• Very Good level of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Client focus and leadership skills
• Risk cost and quality management skills
• Negotiation and time management skills
• Agile Practices
