- Work closely with the MHPSS Program Manager to manage the implementation of the program activities.
- Maintain the proper documentation of all stages of the project planning and implementation, data records, and share with the relevant departments.
- Provide support for organizing visits, meetings, events, training, and sessions related to this MHPSS Program.
- Supervise staff providing individual and group treatment to beneficiaries.
- Supervise the Outreach Team Leader in order to provide the necessary social services needed for the beneficiaries.
- Coordinateremote meetings with cross-border psychological support team mmebers.
- Assistin coordinating scientific seminars and conferences related to mental health.
- Coordination and cooperation with other departments in the organization.
- Assisting in conducting interviews for new employees.
