About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and digital marketing as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating engaging content to promote our brand and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and conversion
Create compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on all social media channels in a timely manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends tools and best practices and provide recommendations for improvement
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make datadriven decisions
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand our reach and brand presence
Assist with the creation of social media content calendars and scheduling of posts
Monitor online reviews and proactively address any negative feedback
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth and engagement

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Proficient in graphic design and video editing software
Ability to multitask work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
