Social Media Specialist

Job Description

• Account Moderation: Generate and publish creative daily content, and moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Manage end-to-end digital projects
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
• Monitor ROI and KPIs
• Coordinate with the graphic designers in brainstorming the concepts for the designs on social media posts.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
• Use Google tools to follow the blogs and content of our competitors and key clients.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
• Can design, Aware of designing programs "Photoshop, Illustrator..."
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and the ability to teach and build a team.
• Full of Creativity
