Job description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with our brands goals and values.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Create engaging and shareable social media content including text posts images graphics and videos.
• Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and guidelines.
• Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions across social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
• Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts.
• Provide clear guidance and feedback to designers to maintain brand consistency.
• Coordinate with our video content creator to plan shoot and edit video content for social media campaigns. Ensure videos are optimized for each platform.
• Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of campaigns and content.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on social media platform algorithm changes trends and emerging technologies.
• Share insights and recommendations with the marketing team to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree business administration in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing several social media accounts for brands or organizations agency experience is preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Excellent English level is must teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
