Social Media Moderator

Job Description

• Monitoring and also replying comments and questions on social media.
• Execute content plan on all social media platforms.
• Creating engaging text, image and video content.
• Content Creation and posts writing.
• Generate and publish creative daily content, and moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Create social media calendars and schedules.
• Coordinate visual materials ideas and execution with the design team.
• Support the social and digital marketing team in performing the day to day tasks.

Job Requirements

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Team player
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
