This is a remote position.
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.Plan social media campaigns promotions and contests.
Provide cost estimates for campaigns and initiatives.
Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a successful track record of managing social media channels for brands.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with social media management tools analytics platforms and advertising platforms (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is typically preferred. Previous experience as a graphic designer, either through internships or professional work, is beneficial. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is often required during the application process. Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative design solutions. A keen eye for detail, precision in design, and the ability to deliver polished and error-free work. Effective communication skills, both verbally and visually, to convey design concepts and ideas to clients and team members. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in using graphic design software and staying updated on industry-relevant tools and technologies.
