Social Media - Customer Support With German

About the project:You will support Germanspeaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to companys clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms;
• Subscription Management Account Management Technical Troubleshooting;
• Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and mediumsized businesses) via telephone email and live chat;
• No sales involved;
• Supporting the customers after they purchased services;
• Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base;

Requirements:

• Fluency in German
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1398 gross
• Productivity bonus of up to 500 gross
• Accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon (discounted)

Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal) Private Health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)
