- Consolidate and strengthen programming in the areas of intervention through the management of the Urban Shelter programme with a particular focus on integration between current components at project level, implementation of activities under a settlements approach and environmental and sustainable shelter solutions.
- Review and optimize the programme’s delivery mechanism ensuring the programme structure, approach and operational method is fit for purpose and in line with the Shelter and Settlements strategy.
- Provide oversight to programmatic activities and staff to ensure that the programme meets and exceeds the highest standards in terms of quality, compliance, accountability, and service to beneficiaries.
