Service Engineer

Job Description

• Works as a member of a technical team led by a service manager.
• In charge of new installations, repair, regular maintenance and training on operation.
• To deliver service levels that meet customer requirements for improving customer satisfaction, and loyalty and ensure an overall customer experience.
• Provide onsite and remote support for calls requesting technical hardware or software solutions.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform regular customer's site visits and inspections as preventive maintenance on machines to ensure reliable operation for optimum production, this might include replacing spare parts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics engineering or Applied Arts (studies printing or textile).
• 2-5 years experience in high tech company (printing, communication, …)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work well with team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Relevant technical knowledge and ability to learn and improve skills and efficiency.
• Preferably owns a car.
