Senior Tenant Coordinator

Job Purpose

To act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate MEP services from community and property management perspective, tenants designs, technical review for the MEP works & fit out, to ensure these are compliant with the Landlords specifications, design guidelines and lease requirements, so the Owners/Tenant opens on the required opening date.

Key Accountabilities

• Yardi Software Professional user
• Quality Assurance Plan implementation
• Prepare the Tenant Requirement Summary sheet (TRS); according to lease agreement.
• Ensure the handover to the owners/tenants is as per the Sale/Lease agreement. Handover allocated units to owners/tenants upon nominated access date.
• Ensure the owners/tenants have paid in full all their financial obligations prior to handover the unit.
• Providing site survey for preparing the electromechanical LODs (Leasing Outline Drawings) for the new commercial accounts in Business Park buildings.
• Receive, comment and review with the Community and Property Manager the Fit-Out design packages for the approval process on behalf of the Landlord which include concept design approval and detailed design approval.
• Receive and attend to queries from owners/tenants and their consultants concerning specification utilities available routing of services etc.
