- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Work with our clients on fulfilling different tech roles.
- Design the best possible ways to analyze candidates personality, cognitive skills, and technical skills.
- Design different candidate categories in terms of personality, seniority, technical skills, etc...
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack overflow and Github.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with sales team leaders to forecast hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Compose job offer letters.
- Onboard new hires.
- Stay in touch with candidates and companies after hiring to make sure there's a perfect fit.
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work.
