- Develop and implement internship program plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for interns freelance trainers and subject matter experts involved in the internship program.
- Coordinate and schedule onthejob training sessions with subject matter experts ensuring that interns receive comprehensive training and mentorship.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of the internship program and monitor their achievement.
- Regularly track and report on the progress of interns identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure internship program activities align with organizational goals and priorities.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the internship program and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the internship program including intern performance evaluations and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational development (OD) initiatives projects and tasks as assigned
