Senior Software Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the product management team setting strategic direction and priorities.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across departments to align product strategies with company objectives.
• Mentor and support Product Managers in their projects ensuring best practices in product lifecycle management.
• Drive the innovation development and gotomarket strategies for new and existing products.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within product management and 5 years of experience as a product manager.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent within a product management team.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution at a product portfolio level.
• Market and Customer Insight: Proficiency in market research customer feedback analysis and user experience understanding to ensure the product meets and anticipates customer needs.
• Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment in which the product operates including understanding of business models financials and how the product contributes to the organizations success.
• Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead crossfunctional teams influence without authority and drive product decisions and execution ensuring alignment with the products vision and goals.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to make datadriven decisions assess product performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate the product vision strategy and value proposition to stakeholders teams and customers.
• Proven experience in software product management with a track record of successful product launches and iterations.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a customercentric mindset.
