Senior Social Media Specialist - Code Media production

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Manage and create engaging content (text images videos) for various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter etc.).
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (engagement reach impressions etc.).
• Identify and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing sales customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Stay uptodate on the latest social media trends and technologies.
• Research and identify new social media platforms and tools that could benefit the company.
• Generate reports and present social media performance data to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 35 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Excellent writing editing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative and strategic thinking skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with social media advertising (a plus)
