• Understanding your customer‘s needs.
• Arrange meeting appointments to meet new and existing customers.
• Cntact potential clients through calls , emails , etc to offer them properties all over Egypt.
• Generate leads through referrals , emails ,phone calls as well as direct visits .
• Advise clients on market conditions , prices,legal requirements and related matters.
• interview clients To determine what kinds of properties they seeking. (client qualification)
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales.
• Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price.
• Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
• Carry out all the required functions assigned by the direct manager job requirements.
