Senior Project Coordinator - Real Estate Development

• Direct/lead group of civil engineering project managers
  
• Manage growth of public/private civil engineering projects
  
• Assist with business development
  
• Plan engineering projects, project design and construction management
  
• Design engineering/construction observation for street and roadway construction, site development, storm water management, and site grading/erosion control
  
• Manage workflow of project managers, engineers, designers, and interns
  
• Provide municipal consulting
  

• BS in Civil Engineering
  
• 5+ years of licensed experience
  
• PE License for Wisconsin; ability to obtain in other states
  
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering
  
• Project management and administrative experience
