Senior Product Manager II

What we are looking for

A senior product manager who will coordinate with engineering marketing community sales and other teams to develop and execute product requirements and roadmaps as well as incorporate feedback from customers into the product strategy.

What does the job involve

• Be the voice of the user and create a tight feedback loop between users and scale
• Work with crossfunctional teams including engineering product design operations marketing customer experience and finance
• Set the product vision and strategy communicating to leadership and defining success metrics
• Conduct user research to identify and address user pain points and inform product decisions
• Define and track KPIs and key metrics to measure product performance and inform product optimizations
• Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) collaboratively with stakeholders
• Conduct product reviews with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in fintech and product management ensuring our continuous growth and innovation

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in product management currently holding a title such as Senior Product Manager or equivalent is a must
• A proven track record of defining and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and humancentered design frameworks
• Strong technical and business acumen with a demonstrated ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Strong written presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Experience with agile product development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Selfmotivated proactive and able to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• A Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field
