Senior Planning Engineer

Job Description

• Studying business case for the project. 
• Crate drawings , procurement , material plan
• Assign the constraints and follow it .
• Estimate a duration for the project by (bottom ‐up estimating, three points estimating, parametric estimating) methods.
• Studying the Drawings and define the final product.
• Calculate the resources and schedule it .
• Generate the reports to follow a communication plan .
• Adding resources with a cost and level it .
• Crate s – curve.
• Assign baselines contains all important data depend on the contracts and specs. 
• Update the schedule weekly (cost‐duration) and compare it with planned.
• Recommend the correct action if a unacceptable variance happened ( fast track – crashing)
• Meetings with Owner to solve the problems effect on project schedule.
• Crate recovery plan, revised plan .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil/ Architecture Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience
• Primavera
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
