- Guide and manage full Job evaluation and benchmarking studies related to organizational structure.
- Lead on the development and continuous improvement of the Competency Dictionary and the Job Description Cards of all teams.
- Develop and update the compensation and benefit policies, procedures to achieve greater strategic and market alignment and oversee its implementation.
- Lead the development and implementation of the learning and development policies and procedures.
- Manage the identification and analysis of the teams’ training needs/ gaps and suggest learning and training programs.
- Monitor implementation of the learning plan and assess trainings and trainer providers.
