Job Description

• Managing day-to-dayOperations.
• Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
• Responsible for theissuing of monthly invoices.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on account status
• Monitor and analyze customer's usage.
• Dealing with bank accounts, cheques, deposits, and online banking as part of the operation flow.
• Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a good relationship with current customers.
