Strategic Brand Management Steer the strategic direction of the brand s identity managing all facets from brand voice to visual representation in collaboration with toptier developers like Nakheel Damac and Majid Al Futtaim etc.
Comprehensive Digital Strategy Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM PPC social media email marketing and display advertising campaigns. Responsible for budget allocation monitoring ROI and CPL optimization.
Content Development and Management Act as chief editor and content curator creating and adapting compelling marketing materials across all platforms. Lead the strategic communication narrative including email marketing lead nurturing and conversionfocused content strategies.
Market Research and Analysis Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions identify market trends and analyse competitors. Translate insights into actionable strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Event Conceptualization and Execution Envision and implement innovative event activations that resonate with target demographics. Manage endtoend event logistics from planning to postevent analysis optimizing for engagement and lead generation.
Leadership and Collaboration While independently driven you will liaise with sales development and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. Lead and inspire by setting the bar for marketing excellence
Requirements
Experience At least 8 years of indepth marketing experience with a proven track record in real estate or a related industry.
Language Proficiency Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
Digital Savvy Extensive experience with digital marketing tools analytics and campaign management and budget spends (paid is a must and historic results and campaigns will be requested before hiring).
Education A Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Real Estate Acumen An intimate understanding of the UAE real estate market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
