Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Description

• Follow up with agencies & suppliers based on pre-set agreements to ensure on time delivery, quality, payment and documentation of different marketing materials.
• Follow up and ensure proper storage of marketing tools to maintain company’s rights.
• Implement all marketing needs which are requested from different departments (QA, Operations, Sales ... etc.) to ensure proper marketing support.
• Follow up implementation of all Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) activities to ensure company branding.
• Follow up implementation of different corporate events (Business Meetings, Fairs, etc.) to ensure professional branding and company’s image.
• Follow up all production and delivery of all giveaways with different suppliers along with preset quality.
• Follow up storage of giveaways along with its perfect conditions to ensure proper control.
• Coordinate with concerned departments for giveaways consumptions to ensure fulfilling their needs.
• Manage and execute SMS and Email marketing to deliver promotions to target audience.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Job Requirements

• University degree with English background is preferable.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing
• Extracurricular activities experience is preferable
• Excellent command of English language
• Good user of MS office.
• Very Good follow up, problem solving and communication skills.
