Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and managing financial and profitability reporting and acts as a lead in the preparation of department and division annual budgets as well as the annual audited financial statements.
Tasks
1) Prepare and deliver in a timely and accurate manner, daily and monthly financial reports, regulatory reports and Board financial packages to support the achievement of organizational objectives.
2) Take a lead in the preparation of annual operating budgets and annual audited financial statements.
3) Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement.
4) Maintain banking relations and plan and monitor country cash flow requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of purchasing plan and achieving the targets with our suppliers.
5) Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, accounting analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules.
6) Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
7) Focus on tax compliance, state business registration, contract review, and non-profit tax filing and assist with tax audits and tax returns.
