For our office in Pune, we are looking for a Quality & Process Manager to join our continuously growing team!
As a Quality & Process Manager you will inspect the final tasks, to make sure they have been completed in compliance with legal standards and meet customer expectations. A great quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard & risks analyses (E.g. ISO 45001) for organization s department mangers
- Determining & evaluating the quality assurance requirements which will be in compliance with:
Process standards in SW industry for Organization s accreditation E.g. ISO 9001:2015
Domain specific (Automotive/Medical Devices/Avionics/Automation) quality standards E.g. ISO 62304 or ISO 61511
- Potential or Existing customer s contractual specifications (project acquisition/ delivery/release Quality requirements) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaison for process establishment, adoptions and KPI evaluations with Organization s Department managers or officers to ensure consistency & maturity for latest-greatest Process guidelines. Responsible for assuring Base Practices (BP) for the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions & all other Quality forms or documentation
- Monitoring, refining & evaluating internal processes:
Implementing methodologies to inspect, test and evaluate work-products with Department Managers or General Manager
Manage Quarterly or Half-/yearly internal reviews for verification & validation of base practices which are being accurately implemented by applicable departments
- Accounting for E2E process & quality assurance for audits:
Planning & directing external audits with pertaining internal stakeholders (with managers/officers)
Preparing internal or external audit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing results for reviews with General Managers or COO/CTO/CFO/CSO/CMOs
- Undertakes quality (inspections) sign-off and reports approvals for all Major SW deliveries or Project Milestones with Project &/or Engineering Managers
- Training and moderating responsible or department managers for audits & process-awareness.
Requirements
- Proven influencing skills to achieve results and maintain positive 360 degree working relationships, particularly one must effectively collaborates with Organization department managers or those with more senior roles
- Strong Interpersonal skills & managerial skills
o Time management
o Communication/soft skills (reports, meetings and status reports etc.)
o Prior direct supervision of teams
- Experience as a key contributor towards & with cross functional teams & departments, serving as a key representative for a
- Exposure to technical aspects of the Q&P assurance role including organizational & BU (Business-unit) wide view
- Experience with Process and Quality audits including accreditation, quality-data analysis
- Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws (Out-of-Box thinker!)
- Ability to operate under stress or deadlines while still meeting standards

Nice to have: Good experience in C/C++ development, including a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design. Modification of Linux Kernel components. Integration of boot processes. u-boot. Understanding and implementation of low-level drivers. Experience working in CI/CD environment. Experience with the agile software development cycle. Scripting (Bash, Python, and Shell).
