Senior Accountant

About the Job

• Control and Review projects that Related to Revenue & Direct Cost.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and Cost entries by compiling and analyzing account information and posting to company's software system.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Perform month-end prepayments and accruals.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Assist in preparing the taxation reports in Egypt.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of commerce, accounting or relevant.
• Experience More than 4 Years in Accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Analyzing information.
• Confidentiality.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• ERP system experience (Odoo is preferred).
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Property Management background is preferred.
