Our client is looking for a Second Line Support Engineer to join the Technology Point 3410 team.
Responsabilities
Customer facing focused thinking and action
Provides specific IT support to VRT users.
Follows up and completes requests on a priority or FIFO (firstinfirstout) basis.
Escalates requests within own department depending on the nature of the problem.
Acts as "single point of contact" for the affected enduser or team even if the
problems are outside its own domain.
Always forms the link between team and end customer where necessary.
Follows up registered requests administratively.
Responsible for new documenta.on and keeping existing documentation up to date.

Requirements
General technical competencies
Demonstrable general work experience (Windows and applications)
Experience with Powershell You have demonstrable knowledge of Office 365/
Sharepoint/Powershell/AD/GPOs
You have experience in applica.on packaging in SCCM and in Jamf
You have experience with ITIL way of working
You have great experience in making telephone calls in Dutch and English
You have knowledge of basic networking (IP DNS FQDN WIFI LAN IPv4 IPv6
VPN) You have knowledge of Windows and macOS operating system Minimum 3
years experience
