Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the merchandising of frames, spectacle lenses, and eyewear accessories
• Ensure that the practice’s optical quality standards are met
• Manage all aspects of eyewear orders and customer pickups
• Work with customers in the adaptation of their lenses
• Adjustment and minor frame repair

• Proven customer service skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Strong sales ability
• Have an eye for fashion
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Prior experience as a sales representative
• English proficiency
• IOS proficiency

Preferred:

• A general understanding of Optician and Optical Sales best practices
