Onboarding Retailers on myGINNE platform and educating them on how to use the system and how to support the B2C & B2B business on the platform
Conduct surveys in target area and understanding the needs of the Retailers and updating the database on regular basis
Learn all new modules of the myGINNE platform and keep educating the Retailer on the same
Follow the Buddy System Mentor System and support new BDOs during the induction and training period
Setting up communication with existing Retailers to keep getting leads for myGINNE platform
Training the new BDOs on platform on how to trouble shoot for any issues
Requirements
Bachelors degree.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A minimum of 13 years of experience in FMCG Retail / Distribution
FMCG experience is a MUST
Based on the business growth and career growth may have to move to different governorates must be okay to move to other governorates
