• Responsible for managing the sales activities of the assigned region to ensure maximum market penetration.
• Manage the day to day tasks of his/her team members
• Leading a team of Medical Reps who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and enhancing the company’s reach and customer base.
• Identifies business opportunities where can have a competitive advantage with key large practices, physicians, pharmacists, distributors, and other decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to execute the go-to-market developed strategies.
• Conduct the needed learning and development activities of hisher team.
• help in staffing his region with high-quality individuals.
• Reviews analyzes and reports team performance.
