Our Client; a health tech company that powers hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are currently looking to hire for position of a sales manager in Lagos Nigeria.

Function Of the Role
The sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales marketing including evaluating the work done
by sales representatives and sales officers training sales teams and analyzing sales trends.

Key Responsibilities
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue and expense controls.
Responsible for managing the sales of the region and rate individual performances.
Report on regionwise sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Analyze the region s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.
Schedule and conduct sales appointment with key resource personnel of hospitals and healthcare facilities to sell the companys product
Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches proposals and presentations to prospective the companys customers.
Work in line with company objectives to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Provide daily call reports as well as a weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.

Requirements
B.Sc Degree in Sales Business Administration or relevant field
Masters Degree in a similar discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
Previous experience in a leadership position

Skills And Abilities
Proven work experience as a Sales manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to lead and motivate a highperformance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problemsolving attitude.
