We are looking for a Team Leader for a company who has been providing high-quality translation services in over 25 countries for more than 30 years They are specialized in offering various language services, such as providing interpreters and translators or even content creation and They have several offices around the world, 4 offices in the Netherlands with around 70 The company has high ambitions to expand their team and they are very excited to meet their future colleagues who they can pass their knowledge on and share their fun stories

Job description

We are in search of a talented and experienced Team Leader to oversee a team of Translation Project Managers and ensure client and employee satisfaction for our Language Services ;

Responsibilities

• Ensuring project execution meets deadlines, standards, budget, quality standards, and reporting
  
• Providing daily training, mentoring, and coaching, as well as managing the capacity of the Translation Project Manager
  
• Overseeing customer order setup, quote creation, and scheduling (working with Account Management on complex quotes).
  
• Leading customer feedback, CAPA entry, and investigation
  
• Collaborating with resource management, linguists, and technical teams on resourcing and query
  
• Facilitating effective communication and reporting for both customers and internal
  
• Managing cost optimization, including both internal and external costs, in partnership with resource
  
• Ensuring Translation Memory, glossaries, style guides, and other linguistic materials are updated and delivered as per
  

Job requirements

• Bachelors degree in Translation or a related field
  
• 2-5 years of project management experience, specifically in language service
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Customer-focused
  
• Native level fluency in Dutch and English
  
• Familiarity with multiple CAT tools
  
• Adaptable and quick to adjust
  
• Demonstrated resilience and determination in overcoming challenges and finding
