Our client is one of the fastestgrowing information technology companies. They are looking to hire a Sales and Business Development Manager in Lagos.

Job Overview
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales growth establishing and nurturing client relationships and
contributing to the expansion of the companys business. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
  • Proactively seek out potential clients and engage in leadgeneration activities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular checkins and followups to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Anticipate client needs and propose solutions to enhance their experience and meet their evolving requirements.
Business Development
  • Research and analyze market trends competitors and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop new offerings or tailor existing ones to meet market demands.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to represent the company and expand the client base.
Proposal Development and Presentation
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the companys value proposition unique selling points and competitive advantages.
Sales Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities prospects and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure a consistent and efficient sales pipeline.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities achievements and challenges to the management team.

Requirement & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5 7 years in sales and business development roles preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques lead generation strategies and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings conferences and industry events as required.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
