Sales Administrator

About the job

The job duties will include:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, and to obtain missing information or answer further queries.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
• Liaise with the other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Organize sales director's appointments with key accounts.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree. Certificate in sales or any relevant field will be an advance.
