Sales Account Manager

Job Description

• Present our solutions to potential clients and accurately analyzing client needs and expectations.
• Following up on potential leads until they are successfully converted to new clients.
• Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied by supporting them through email, phone, online
• presentations, screen-share and in person meetings to resolve issues or inform them of important
• updates
• Ensure smooth and successful delivery and implementation of our solutions according to client
• requirements
• Relay client feedback to production and development team to enhance future feature development to
• meet the most critical client needs
• Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the current clients and building new ones.
• Generating new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.

Job Requirements

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Satisfactory problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in software sales would be a plus.
