Job Description

Develop action plans

• Preparing emergency and evacuation plans and following up their implementation in accordance with the standards and requirements of the facility.
• Develop plans to replace and renew firefighting equipment.
• Prepare fire prevention and control plans.
• Activate the site's security plan and indicate its feasibility and the gaps in it.
• Establishing the functional tasks of the security points in the sites

Spreading cultural and preventive awareness of occupational safety and health about training, daily short lectures, and publishing weekly and permanent guidance panels.
• Preparing reports of non-conformity with the risks of the changing work environment and determining the corrective and preventive measures for it.
• Getting acquainted with all activities in the facility and all the production processes taking place in it, and taking the necessary precautions to prevent potential risks.

Occupational Safety and Security Operations Department

• Identifying risks in the work environment in terms of their characteristics, sources and ways of exposing workers to their risks and their effects on the health of workers and the economics of the facility.
• Preparing work permits before starting maintenance and repair procedures that might cause a danger to the safety and security of the facility and its employees.
• Preparing the required documents and complying with the legal requirements received from the Manpower Office, the Department of Occupational Safety and Health.
• Reviewing the movement of movables and matching them with the necessary books and permits, with reviewing the weekly inventory submitted by the security companies.
• Submitting the monthly report on the evaluation of the security performance of the security companies in each location.
• Preparing reports on daily accidents at each site and the findings of investigations into those accidents.

Job Requirements

• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/Institute.
• Required Industry Experience: 3 years of experience.
• Language Requirements: Fair command of English.
