Job Description

• Proven track recording of managing multiple retail outlets across Egypt with responsibility over staff, system, inventory management and the physical layout of the shops.
• Capable to develop business and monitor market dynamics.
• Result-oriented with excellent analytical capabilities.
• High level of organization and compliance abilities.
• Got experience with dealing with the employees, traders and users.
• Experience in managing stocks.
• Experience in creating KPI’s, measures, annual plans, sales strategy.
• Experience in managing more than one shop in different areas.

Job Requirements

• +15 years of experience.
• Experience in managing showrooms more than 10 years.
• Excellent level of English in both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to travel.
• MBA certificate will be a plus.
